Disassembly
Transmissions are fully dismantled into individual components on a dedicated dismantling line.

Cleaning
Mechanical washing to degrease and remove contaminants, followed by detailed hand-cleaning of gears and channels.

Inspection & testing
Solenoids are checked on a solenoid tester; valve bodies are validated on a valve body test machine.
- 04
Refurbishment
Housings are restored by sandblasting/painting; fasteners reinstalled with torque-controlled screw machines; accumulators recharged.
- 05
Rebuilding & coding
Units are rebuilt with refurbished or new components and laser-marked with traceability codes.
- 06
Final validation
Installed in test vehicles or on dynamometers to verify shifting, pressure and leak performance before packing.
